基本职责Basic Job Responsibilities

1、课程教学：承担学校安排的课程教学任务，包括教育部规定的思政理论课和我院通识教育相关课程，完成教学任务和工作量，保障教学质量，力求良好的教学效果。

Deliver lectures, undertake teaching tasks as arranged, maintain teaching quality as required and achieve good teaching results.

2、实践教学：承担实验课、实训课的教学和指导，指导学生社团、社会服务活动。

Supervise students’ experiment programs and practical activities.

3、教书育人：承担学生思想品德和作风教育责任和学生管理责任，担任班主任、辅导员或其他学生管理工作角色。

Undertake ideological and moral education to students, work as class teacher, student counselors or undertake related roles.

4、教学建设：掌握思政和通识教育教学发展动态，积极开发新课程，参加教研室的教科研活动，进行精品课程建设、教材建设、创新教学方式教改项目。

Participate in subjects and programs development, as well as teaching materials design and development.

5、教学与学术研究：开展教学研究，及本专业领域和跨领域的科学研究，完成科研基本工作量。

Conduct teaching research and scientific research projects and actively contribute to the institution’s research profile.

6、社会实践：围绕所承担的教学任务，协调与校外教学资源的教学交流与合作，参与社会实践，服务社会，提高专业实践能力。

Establish collaborative links with industrial and public organizations outside the college, participate industrial practice and social practice.

7、承担学校或院系安排的其他工作。

Undertake relevant administrative job assigned by the college or the department when necessary.

（一）基本要求Basic Requirements

1、遵纪守法，品行端正，为人师表；

Abide by laws and regulations with good character and exemplary virtue;

2、具备履行岗位职责应有的基本知识、技能及素质；

Possess professional skills and quality;

3、身体符合岗位要求；

With good physical conditions;

4、能够全职履职。

Be able to take up full time job.

（二）资历条件Qualification Requirements

1、取得思想政治类相关专业硕士以上学位， 中共党员优先。

Have Master’s degree or above of International Trade and other related specialties from prestigious universities domestic or overseas.

2、原则上年龄在45周岁以内。

Be under the age of 45 in principle.

3、具有思政与通识教育相关专业学术知识及经验，熟悉专业理论，具有较强的适应力和抗压力。

Have solid professional knowledge and academic accumulation, or rich experiences in related industrial field.

4、具备以下条件之一，优先考虑：

Priority will be given to those who meet at least one of the following requirements:

（1）具有较强的教学组织能力和学术研究能力，有一定研究成果，或有2年以上从教经历者优先；

Have strong ability in teaching and academic research, with some researching achievements;

（2）具有中级以上技术职务或相关职业资格

Possess intermediate professional titles, equivalently lecturer or above.

（3）在行业领域内有较高知名度，在产学研结合、人才培养等方面具有较丰富的经验。

With high-profile in related industries, and rich experiences in the combination of “production, teaching and research” and related talent cultivation.

Suzhou Centennial College (SCC) is a Sino-foreign joint institution that offers higher vocational education in China. SCC is a joint partnership between Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST) and Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology (CC).
