工作內容:
Operation Management
1. Ensure the accuracy and efficiency through the proper operation/information designed
2. Establish operation priority, identify/solve day to day operation processing issues
3. Be WMS expert to ensure the accuracy of information flow between WMS data & customer's system data in consistency
4. Understand "Volume" in exact figures as the requirements for customers in major operations
5. Develop and Review all SOPs to make practical recommendation for continuous improvements
6. Participate in customers' periodical operation review meeting, manage the preparation of customized operation reports to customers
7. Assess the requirements on operation equipment's including storage, handling, transportations and etc.

Performance Management
1. Cost Control on warehouse operation
2. Vendors' performance management
3. KPI target setting, mesurement and achievement
4. Performance report management to both customers and internal review
5. Bases on productivity target and volumne forecast to determine staffing and labors input
6. Provide the methodology to fo the continuous improvement

Human Resources Management
1. Recruit and staff training to maintain the competence of operation
2. In compliance with any policies which announced by company in terms of general adm., finance, QA and cross function departments' work
3. Identify individuals for future promotion and develop programs to enhance operation staffs' skills
4. Coach and experience sharing to subordinates in scheduling to encourage
5. Delegation with hands on

Project Management
1. New supply chain management project development
2. Warehouse and/or inventory relocation plan
3. Information system rollout/implement (be WMS Super-user and align WMS upgrading, testing and training)
4. Other change management on purposed

Site Management
1. Resiponsible for site safety and security maintenance
2. Through the risk management to minimize the incident exposed
3. Conduct the scheduling investigation and training on fire protection exercise
4. Prevent any damage loss in building/facility and site.

QHSE Management
1. Implementation and monitor warehouse QHSE to comply with BLX QHSE policies, HSE report and achieve its annual KPI target
2. Assist AEO/IMS (ISO9001, 45001, 14001) projects
3. QHSE annual related training
4. Responsible to acquire QHSE certificate

Others that are not covered above will be reviewed annually.

工作經驗
1.At least 7-year experiences in logistics and warehouse operation
2.4 Years of people management experience supervising a team over 15 staffs is highly preferred.
