1. Increase customer satisfaction index (CSI)

2. Increase sales and profitability

3. Improve operational efficiency

5. Apply company's sales strategies

7. Comply strictly to company's standing operating procedures (SOPs)

8. Achieve key performance indices (KPIs)


Requirement

1. Need to visit customers on regular basis to understand customer's production plan, material requirements, resolve AR issues, and increase customer satisfaction index.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint is required.

3. Must be able to adapt to work in a fast-paced environment as we are growing fast in China.

4. Customer Focus and quality sales oriented

5. Bachelor degree, preferred in mechanical engineering

6. Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in MNC

7. Good communication and problem-solving skills

8. Proficient in both spoken and written in English
