#### Position Description: As a Signal Integrity Engineer you will be part of an exciting team developing delivering products for server products. Your major duties will be to serve as the signal integrity analyst for products and provide the support to external and internal customers team members and others during RD phase. PCB material choosing and stackup definition 3D passive channel modeling perform SerDes channel extraction using electromagnetic tools Perform signal integrity prelayout and postlayout analysis in RD phase. Perform static timing and signal integrity analysis of parallel interfaces Design and analysis of multigigabit serial links including lab verification and tuning. Perform power integrity analysis on power delivery network Generate and verify PCB layout rules manage constraints for PCB layout Work directly with EE,system enigneer and PCB design teams to evaluate design tradeoffs and optimize design proposal. #### Position Requirements: 1\. Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering/Microwave/Physics/Computer Science/Math. 2\. Over 3 years signal integrity test or/and design experience. 3\. Solid knowledge of Electromagnetic 4\. Experience in high speed SI/PI simulation and analysis. 5\. Mastering measurement tools like oscilloscope, VNA, TDR/TDT. 6\. Knowledge of a programming or scripting language in a Windows/UNIX environment. 7\. Good command of English and good communication skills
