Job Description
  • WHO YOU ARE
  • • You always strictly execute the quality process to ensure customer will never buy the flawed product.
    • You will actively report quality default to the IKEA value chain for quality improving.
    • You love IKEA product and engage store co-worker become quality ambassador.
    • You have working experience in retail or production industry with product quality/testing environment, and familiar with MS Office with strong focus on Excel.
  • A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
  • • Check Sales stop and block stock accordingly
    • Report quality defect via CASY and actively work with supply chain so as to correct stock and never leave the poor quality to customers.
    • Actively work cross-function and communicate good example and quality performance in store. Make every coworker in store understand how to report quality issue to recovery and basic quality knowledge so as to reduce customer return and meet customer satisfaction.

  • • We as a team work together and develop competence to ensure a safe & secure working environment for our customers & co-workers and protect our assets and the IKEA Brand.
