Job content and requirements:
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development of annual channel business plans and track the achievement of plans to achieve sustainable growth;
2. Supervise the daily activity management and personnel management in the channel, promptly feedback the problems and propose improvement suggestions to assist in the rectification;
3. Publicize and track the implementation of the Basic Law and various marketing policies, systems and methods of the headquarters in institutions;
4. Supervise, promote, coordinate and track channel business activities, incentive programs, new products and new marketing tools, and conduct planning, organization, execution and summative evaluation of relevant activity programs;
5. Conduct promotion, tracking, and counseling for major customers in the channel, make related copywriting, and participate in bidding negotiations till signing;
6. Promote business development in the channel, develop relevant rules, promotion programs and plans, and organize implementation;
7. Perform budgeting and management of channel business expenses;
8. Collect various business information of the institution and establish a complete research system and supervision report system to provide the basis for decision-making by the leaders, and improve the file management of supervision;
9. Organize the experience exchange and sharing between institutions and build an inter-institutional communication platform;
10. Implement the receiving, transmitting, processing and feedback of institutional complaints;
11. Be responsible for policy progress tracking and internal and external contact;
12. Take charge of planning, organization, operation, and summary of channel marketing conferences, and the implementation of company activity plans;
13. Report violations or potential risks identified during the work and propose corrections or improvements in a timely manner;
14. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Education
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than five years of life insurance marketing experience;
2. Familiar with life insurance or group insurance marketing business processes;
3. Strong management ability and experience, and strong professional ability;
4. Ability to coach, track, analyze and solve problems;
5. Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills;
6. Proficiency in the use of OFFICE software;
7. Travel within the area acceptable;
8. Comply with the company's ethics codes;
9. Good writing skills and planning skills;
10. Strong sense of confidentiality: relevant information of the department can be strictly kept secret, and is forbidden to other personnel of the company and external personnel.
