1.参加西餐厅例会，安排当日工作重点，及时传达上级指示。 2.按工作程序做好与厨房、其它分部的关系。 3.按月制订西餐厅经营目标和工作计划，报批通过后执行。 4.巡视、监督、检查西餐厅所属员工的各项工作。 5.掌握西餐厅工作情况和有关数据。 6.处理好客人关系，处理顾客投诉。 |
