Key tasks

岗位职责

1、了解和掌握当日及未来客房预订情况;

2、熟练掌握前台电脑操作系统、银行刷卡等系统,熟悉前台各项设施设备的使用;

3、为客人办理入住登记手续;

4、处理客人换房、续房、问询、留言等服务;

5、管理好自己当班时的所有现金、帐务和单据;

6、负责前台的日常清洁卫生;

7、记录客人意见和建议,受理客人投诉;
