We are currently seeking Trade Marketing Director to join us, reporting to China President, the primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to):

 

1. Purpose of the Job 工作目的
 
Lead National Trade MKT strategy and execution, lead innovation program

- Project innovation and execution
 
Key contacts: (internal – external) 主要联系者 （内部 – 外部）
- GHQ: Trade marketing team and MKT team, brand team
- Zone HQ: Brand team, PPM, Super Premium team
- BU: Sales team, trade marketing team
 
 
3. Accountabilities 职责
 
 
Communicate with HQ, lead the team to follow BU merchandising strategy, provide timely feedbacks and best practices
Annual, quarterly and monthly trade marketing projects planning and support
Control the Actual Trade Marketing spending versus Budget
Supervise the planning, execution, control and evaluation of promotional activities/events (including branding events)
Supervise the control and track of consumer promotional events execution
Supervise Push Girl macro and micro allocation process
Supervise Push Girl performance and effectiveness evaluation
Team management (day to day training/coaching; work allocation; performance evaluation)
Supervise market research and innovation projects
Internal coordination and communication
 
 
 
 
 
 

Qualifications

 
4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求
 
 
Education 教育
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Marketing, TM, commercial or related field
 
Experience 经验
- 8+ year experience in MKT/TM/Commercial
 
Technical competencies (Job related)  专业能力 （与工作相关）
