Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support supervisor on full spectrum of HR & Admin. activities including recruitment and selection, interview arrangement, compensation and benefits, visa application
  • Manage for the staff attendance, leave management, maintain HR database information
  • New joiners’ on-boarding and prepare employment contract. etc.;
  • Maintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.
  • Prepare and consolidate regular HR reports;
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide professional HR advice to internal customers;
  • Support office administration functions to ensure smooth operation;
  • Petty Cash Flow management & expenses claims and recording.
  • Planning and organizing function like annual dinner, gathering event, Christmas party or outdoor event.
  • Participate ad hoc projects as assigned by HR & Admin Manger.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years human resources experience;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Sound PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
