You will play a key role in financial controlling within ELIS Packaging organization. You will support ELIS Packaging Controller and Region Project Controllers by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information and recommending actions to improve financial performance.

Your responsibilities

• Performing analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast and proposing improvement actions.
• Supporting Controllers in preparation of annual budget and different level of cost control including SG&A, PEX, functional costs etc.
• Performing benchmarking of KPIs and working with other finance professionals to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends.
• Preparing financial modelling for various “what if” scenarios and the overall impact to the business unit.
• Establishing and overseeing processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.
• Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
• Following up on internal project audit reports and ensuring timely implementation of all required actions related to projects under responsibility.
• Being responsibility for adherence to: corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, business specific finance directives and instructions.

Your background

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&A.
• Fluency in English – written & spoken.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP.
• Experience working cross-functionally across departments.
• Strong communication skills.
