Develop, plan and implement Procurement & Logistics (PL) strategy focused on optimizing costs, quality, delivery and reliability of suppliers and supplied products for an assigned category or group of categories. Ensure execution in accordance with Company, PL and Supply Base Management instructions and procedures.

Your responsibilities

• Leverage on the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) process to implement effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy ensuring that the supply base have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements;
• Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and periodically renew price lists, terms and conditions;
• Adapt corporate contractual framework to the global business need, recommending frame agreements to management and execute upon approval;
• Ensure identification, investigation, and selection of appropriate suppliers (focusing on quality, delivery, cost and sustainability) in accordance with Company policies.
• Design and implement cost-out programs and/or processes to reach financial targets;
• Apply and implement PL standards, tools and processes focused on business continuity;
• Make sure the Category sourcing performance targets are achieved;

Your background

• We are looking for a candidate with the following knowledge, skills and experience:
• 2 years of Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management.
• Fluent in English.
• MS Office.
• SAP.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving focus.
• Experience and knowledge with Fasteners and C-Class components.
