Job Description

You will be responsible for managing marketing communications for specific business lines, implementing assigned activities through all available communications tools according to Group guidelines, directives and messages and in the frame of an approved budget.

Your responsibilities

  • Propose and implement communication plans validated by Local Business Manager (MO) and/or Global Marcom Team in MO Business and restricted by the relevant budget.
  • Generate leads via promotional activities, using the web as a hub for integrated marketing communications.
  • Develop creative concepts related to all communication vehicles following corporate communication branding guidelines. Oversee work provided by internal and external resources including external agencies.
  • Evaluate, report results and recommends activities to meet required KPIs.
  • Manage relationship with assigned trade media, customers and public associations. Write and edit promotional materials for use in various media.
  • Organize events and exhibitions to support business goals.
  • Manage the creation, production and publications of brochures, catalogues or other sales literature to support sales activities and product launches.
  • Collaborate closely with other marcom colleagues within Country Communications Council (One-ABB strategy, cross businesses campaigns etc.).
  • Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders. Maintain a positive and integrated network in internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovations.

Your background

  • Bachelor or master degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position with a focus on multi-channel activities. Experience from the B2B sector will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in Polish and English.
  • Proven record of communication campaigns implementation.
  • Ability to work with technical content.
  • Experience in analyzing available information and synthesizing the most relevant one.
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills, independence and self-discipline.
