ABB Inc. is seeking a project coordinator for the US Chief Financial Officer. This position will also work closely with key US functional leaders operating from the Cary HQ.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact/liaison for US CFO’s office
  • Lead and support projects managed by the US CFO
  • Support quarterly and annual external audits
  • Support internal audits and assurance, risk, and control reviews
  • Basic administrative activities including maintaining calendars, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence, and processing invoices/expense reports

Your background

  • Strong computer skills required, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint; SAP ERP experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with analytical and project management skills; an aptitude for numbers, problem solving, and attention to detail
  • Experience with and ability to effectively handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Corporate experience, preferably in finance function
  • Flexible, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, action-oriented, and team player
  • Must have completed bachelor’s degree from accredited university
  • Must be currently authorized to work for ABB in the US
