Job Description

You will play a key role in financial controlling within the Electrification division, in Łódź, Poland. Reporting to the General Administrator, you will provide valuable support and guidance in all financial and commercial matters, while actively driving project and business performance. You will also be assigned to multiple smaller projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Full ownership for complex analysis and reporting around business P&L.
  • Drive and seek for optimization of Project Revenues, GM & Cash Flow and prepare project financial accounting and reporting.
  • Support Project Manager/Project Controller in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews.
  • Provide input to Project Manager/Project Controller in opportunity/risk identification and monitors that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented.
  • Support preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting. Propose improvement actions.
  • Being key point of contact for Operation Leaders/Project Managers to clarify KPIs, dynamics and project financials for their respective areas.

Your background

  • A Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college (or equivalent in knowledge/experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial roles, preferably based on financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP (as a must).
  • Fluency in English – written & spoken.
  • Ability to interact cross-functionally and works independently, taking initiatives in challenging situations.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills, ability to screen for information from multiple sources.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure.
  • Fast learning, ability to quickly absorb information on various topics and synthesize it to make meaningful conclusions.
  • Communication skills, open-mindedness, ability to communicate with counterparts from different parts of organization.
