• 3. Processes Ensures relevant processes, policies and procedures are correctly implemented and makes suggestions for

• 4. External providers Oversees the delivery of services by external providers in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and reports any shortcomings and areas for improvement.

Your background

• Bachelor´s degree in administration or similar.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge in SAP (Desirable)
