Provide an auxiliary service to a Business Unit/Division/Country or Group. Engage internal
customers and drive efficient services in various administrative areas.
Your responsibilities
- 1. Service delivery Provides a service to the relevant business to meet current needs, efficiently and effectively.
- 2. Quality Performs tasks to high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- 3. Processes Ensures relevant processes, policies and procedures are correctly implemented and makes suggestions for
- improvement.
- 4. External providers Oversees the delivery of services by external providers in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and reports any shortcomings and areas for improvement.
Your background
- Bachelor´s degree in administration or similar.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge in SAP (Desirable)
