#### Position Description:


Test & Quality Assurance Engine (TQA)

Seeking an individual who can drive product quality and reliability of server
products through testing and qualification.  You will be playing a critical
role in ensuring the highest product quality and driving continuous
improvement for the products.

 •    Work with development teams to design and implement test methodologies
and test plans to deliver quality product
 •    Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test
effectiveness, testing efficiency.
 •    Hands on system stress testing, implementing and maintaining high
quality test
 •    Hands on hardware and system testing to validate and maintain test
plans.
 •    Component thermal characteristics and stress testing
 •    Components failure analysis
 •    MTBF, MTTF and other component longevity analysis

#### Position Requirements:


•    5+ years experience in a similar role
 •    Bachelor degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or related field
 •    Experience with Servers, Networking and Storage relative test
 •    Familiar with test tools and equipments (Oscilloscopes, PCIe analyzer,
Power Supply)

Preferred
 •    7+ years experience in a similar role.
 •    Master degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or related field
 •    Knowledge of NIC, Storage, Memory or related industry standards (JEDEC,
NEBS, UL)
 •    3+ years of development experience with Electronic, Thermal, Mechanical
 •    Automation test experience is a plus
