Job Description:

1. Job Title

English instructor

2. Job Responsibilities

• Adhering to the mutually agreed-upon work schedule;

• Planning daily lessons, conducting classes, delivering student assessment and feedback, and

communicating with parents, staff and others as appropriate;

• Teaching time is 30 periods/week (1 period = 40 minutes). Work 8 hours per day including

teaching hours, an average of five days per week.

Qualifications

• Native English speakers only;

• Minimum education shall be a Bachelors degree. TESOL major or TESOL or TEFL Certificate is preferred;

• Minimum two years education-related work experience. ESL, overseas (especially Asian)

teaching experience will be an added advantage;

• Below 50 years of age and willing to teach kids;

• Responsible, precise and patient teaching attitude as well as excellent interpersonal skills;

• Basic computer skills.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary will be commensurate with the employee’s educational background and work experience,

approximately up from RMB 12,000-16000 monthly, before tax (decent at local level);

• Ten days paid annual academic leave per calendar year;

• Flight ticket (up to 8000RMB) on a one-year contract;

• Health insurance according to Chinese law and the contract;

• Free temporary accommodation (single room) around 2-3 weeks upon arrival, en-suite bathroom,
