Formulate and assure effective implementation of credit and collection policies, procedures, and standards to maximize cash flow and limit exposure. Monitor credit reviews, accounts receivable, and serve as an escalation point regarding credit matters.

Your responsibilities

• 1. Credit policy
• Formulates and recommends general credit policy with support from the country credit committee, and assures adherence to accepted standards.
• 2. Contract proposals
• Reviews major lease, purchase, or conditional sales contract proposals to identify and minimize credit risk.
• 3. Credit decision
• Proposes credit limits and supports Local Divisions on credit decisions.
• 4. Sales function
• Maintains frequent communications with sales function and performs credit reviews with Local Business Units on a regular basis.
• 5. Settlement terms
• Supports Local Divisions in settlement of delinquent accounts when established parameters are not met.
• 6. Legal proceedings
• Manages all account issues involving bankruptcy and other legal proceedings.

Your background

• We are looking for a candidate with bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related.
• It is also desirable that you have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
• - 5 years of experience in financial areas, 2 of them as financial coordinator.
• - Knowledge in accounting and accounting balances.
• - Advanced English level.
