Your responsibilities

• Design, specification and documentation of automation systems as part of Mine Hoist customer delivery projects.
• Create functional descriptions and program SW applications.
• Define automation components (PLC hardware, sensors and actuators) technical requirements.
• Define and write test plans.
• Prepare technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of ABB and end customers.

Your background

• University education focused on Automation / Electrical or Mining (knowledge of Mine Hoist systems is a big advantage)
• Experience as Automation or Electrical Engineer
• Ability to work both effectively in teams and independently
• Well-organized, with a strong attention to detail
• Advantage:
• Skill in ABB tool AC800 and AC500 required.
• Experience in application programming in AC800 and AC500 for delivery project.
• Application-/ process- automation experience
