Your responsibilities

• You will join Global Product support organization consisting of product experts providing product support on Level 3
• After the learning period of 1-2 years as a product expert you will provide technical expertise in MOD 300 and 800xA connectivity products and give technical guidance to customers in FAT, SAT, product testing, field testing, deployment and operational phases for ABB Customers across the Globe
• Collaboration with Freelance L3 Support team in Ostrava to take over 800xA Freelance Connect to become COE for the complete Freelance product portfolio
• Collaboration with other Support Centers and Development Engineers (Level 4 Support) on support requests and solutions
• Present and deliver solutions to Business Units/customers
• Analyze and report product issues and Business Lines requests to development and product management as well reviewing product bulletins, field alerts and technical descriptions
• Help to improve processes and tools
• Explanation related to MOD 300 and 800xA:
• MOD300
• Older system with a huge installed base, similar to AC 450
• 800xA
• MOD 300 Connectivity to 800xA is the motivation to work with top ABB product
• Freelance Connectivity to 800xA underlines COE for Freelance in Ostrava
