Execute medium to high complex service work according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB.

Your responsibilities

• Service delivery; performs medium to high complex service tasks like installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits, repair independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories.
• Customer approach; ensures customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation. Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs.Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities.
• Documentation and reports; prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.
• Thoubleshooting; proactively identifies potential equipment failures and proactive corrective actions.
• Operational escellence; proactively identifies suggestions for product, quality and customer service improvement and discusses them with management for changes.
• Processes and Tools; consistently applies functional processes considering links to other teams.

Your background

• We are looking for a candidate with the following knowledge, skills and experience:
• Electrical or Electrical Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge in Electrical Substations.
• High Voltage Switches.
• Transformers.
• Commissioning Substation.
• Electrical Diagrams.
