As a Service Technician, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Turbocharging Business Line (BL) based in Zhoushan. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will be the provider of technical support for in Turbocharging Service Product Group/ Turbocharging Business Line (BL) / Industrial Automation Business in Zhoushan/China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Field/Workshop Manager, you will complete the technical standard training program of the BU, can execute all standard jobs without supervision, accumulated experiences as per BU requirement. Drive customer satisfaction by competent and timely execution on a high quality of service jobs on site and in the workshop.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare the tools, equipment and parts needed for a service job and understand the scope of the job to be performed.
• Execute a risk assessment on site, briefing with crew member on ongoing other activities and instruction for board equipment.
• Working according to working instructions and adhering to regulatory and company OHS policy.
• Perform services according to the scope defined within the work order.
• Collecting information about other turbochargers installed on site, informing service coordinator.
• Complete data collection.
• Maintaining a clean and proper working environment.
• Support service availability targets (24/7 service availability).

Your background

• High School or above is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Marine or Machinery.
• Good communication skill and self -motivated.
• Frequent travelling are necessary.
• English speaking is preferred.
