Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of ABB's Pulp and Paper Web Imaging and Web Monitoring product lines
• Provide remote support and troubleshooting, in a collaborative manner, to ABB's field engineers, project teams and customers
• Participate in product training to ABB engineers and end customers
• Collaborate with the Engineering team on process and productivity improvement projects
• Collaborate with the R&D team on new product development and process improvement projects
• Provide sales support to account managers
• Cooperate with Bid and Proposal team and sales managers to provide them with Technical sales support
• Manage sample test procedure - develop and maintain process knowledge, carry out sample testing
• Collaborate with Product management on developing new product offerings such as upgrades etc.
• Occasional international travel will be required (up to 15%)

Your background

• High School or University education in Electrical/Software/Automation or related engineering discipline
• Min. 2 years' experience in Imaging Automation delivery projects
• Proven ability to demonstrate detail orientation and systematic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a self-motivated way as well as in a team environment on projects across multiple geographies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a positive and flexible attitude
• English language at least B2, written and spoken form
• Advantage:
• Experience with ABB's 800xA DCS and/or QCS
• Experience in camera imaging systems design and/or delivery
• Experience with programming embedded controllers, I/O handling systems & PLCs
