Performs Switchgear and control work of a difficult nature including repair and test of existing standard equipment, and assembly and test of new equipment both inside and outside the shop

Your responsibilities

• Performs Switchgear and control work of a difficult nature including repair and test of existing standard equipment, and assembly and test of new equipment both inside and outside the shop
• Manage multiple switchgear projects and direct workflow
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Able to Direct others onsite and in shop
• May be required to work overtime, various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Travel to job Sites

Your background

• High school diploma or GED
• Trade School or minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing

• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Experience doing field and test work
• Communication with customer personnel
• Able to travel and complete overnight stays
• Strong mechanical skills a must
• Self-starter able to work with minimal direction
