Teaching position for a primary school of dream

Job Responsibilities:
1． Developing lesson plans in advance and teaching English for 20 forty minute class sessions each week during the normal school year September – late June. The normal workweek is Monday – Friday and a half day on alternate Saturday mornings.
2. During the summer, 2 weeks off from late June till mid July, and continue to teach for the balance of the summer. Exact working days and hours should refer to the summer schedule which will be released before the summer vacation.
3．Developing lesson plans in advance and teaching company staff English twice a week, totally 4 hours. Exact working days should refer to the company training schedule which will be released one month before classes begin.

Salary: RMB12, 000 every month. First pay day will be on 8th October.

Vacation, Holidays & Sick Time:
1. To be entitled to three week’s vacation around Chinese New Year
2. An additional two week’s paid vacation in the summer.
3. 11.5 national public holidays.
4. Further you will be entitled to 4 paid sick/personal days

With the exception of sick days, all time off needs to apply in advance and is subject to advance approval by the school principal.

Housing: Free housing furnished with household electrical appliances..

Travel: Up to RMB12, 000 annual allowances for a round-trip ticket if you teach for a complete year here。

Benefits: We will cover the cost of your international health insurance plan。The plan will cover the whole contract year. You will be responsible for submitting your own medical claims.

Bonus: A reward of up to RMB4000 as traveling allowance in the summer of 2015 will be offered based on the teaching evaluation of the school principal and Ms. Cindy Zheng.

Term: We will agree on timing for your arrival in Shantou which allows you to settle in and be ready to teach by September 1, 2014. This agreement will expire at the end of August 2015. During the period of the contract, you may not accept any other employment. After one year, this package may be re-negotiated and we reserve the right to modify plans of any kinds included above.
