我們是一家國企上市公司，現擬聘請會計一名

 Duties:

•  Handle full set of account, Prepare monthly financial report, forecasting , account reconciliation;

• 能獨立完成整套帳目的處理，準備財務報表，以及各項帳目對賬工作;

• General accounting duties including petty cash management, cheque payment and document recording and filing;

  一般会计工作，包括現金出納的管理工作，支票付款及對財務文件進行合理清晰的记录与歸檔。

• Use internet bank or bank forms to make T/T or chats payments, tracking and recording every payments;

  使用多家銀行的電子網銀系統或者銀行匯款申請表格來處理匯款，並跟蹤匯款進度。

• Communicate with banks on accounts opening and maintenance. Complete the bank forms.

  處理各銀行的帳戶開戶和維護工作，處理銀行各種表格檔。

• Payroll and MPF processing.

  處理員工工資和強積金。

• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

  能處理好主管安排的臨時性財務工作。

   Requirements:

•  University graduate with LCC&I intermediate level or above

     大学程度，LCC & I 中级程度或以上

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, also welcome and prefer for applicants with more experience.

  至少三年的相關工作經驗,更多經驗者會優先考慮。

• Meticulous and Responsible;

  工作細緻嚴謹，有責任心。

• Good communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese, and proficient in English writing and reading.

  流利的普通話和廣東話，足夠的英文讀寫能力。

• Being able to work under pressure and be a good team worker.

  具有一定抗壓能力，能與同事良好配合。

•  Immediately available is highly preferred

     能即時到崗者優先

   salary: HKD15,000-HKD20,000
