Assist Logistic Officer in day to day Material Management Department operations.

Ensure workplace is kept in a clean & safe condition.

Ensure incoming goods are receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.

Conducts receiving of stocks and posting of Goods Receipt through ACCPAC system.

Ensure goods are kept & maintained in good condition (e.g. foodstuff should not be placed directly on floor)

Ensure goods are not expired/damaged. Damaged/Expiring/Expired goods should be flagged out & supervisor kept informed.

To perform picking and packing of supplies upon checking and verifying request form received from user, perform data entry through ACCPAC system.

Perform distribution of supplies to nursing wards/departments in accordance to delivery schedule.

Maintain stock updates/accuracy through annual stock take & cycle count. Research discrepancies.

Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' levels

At least 2-3 years of working experience in store/warehouse environment

Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines

Good planning and organization skills

Good team-player and interpersonal skills

Work experience in healthcare will be added advantage
