Job Description
  • Bachelor degree is a must, prefer from overseas
  • At least 5 years or above relevant admin experience from sizable company background
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good computer skills such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Act as a very good team leader to provide admin and facilities management service such as office supplies, logistics, renovation, procurement, digitalized filing systems, repair & maintenance
  • Able to handle company acitivities and staff events independently, such as annual dinner & Christmas Party & etc...
  • Direct deal and negotiate with internal and external parties
  • Good time management and inter-personal skills
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignment as required
