Job Duties:

- To assist in developing, devising and implementing strategic sales/marketing tactics for business development

- To lead sales team to match corporate objectives.

-To co-ordinate and provide timely reports evaluatingactual performance vs sales forecast to top management.

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Construction / Business Administration / Sales & Marketing or any other related disciplines.

- Minimum 5years supervisory experience. Preferably in industries of building/construction materials and logistics but not compulsory.

- Good leadership in team workforce, including but not limited to good skill in customer relationship management and clientile expansion.

- Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, well-organized, flexible, proactive and analytical.

- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
