We are seeking CVs from persons with Teaching Assistant diploma or Educational background only.

Class level: Primary School, International Stream,

Main Duties:

• Contribute to the education, personal and social development of the children by
• providing support to the Class Teacher, as per the policies of the French International
• School and the direction of the Class Teacher.
• Work with small groups of children, under the overall supervision of the class teacher
• Supervise the children in the canteen and playground every day and assist after school in directing the children on to correct buses for the trip home.

Skills:

• Experience of working with children in an educational setting
• Well developed interpersonal skills;
• Confidence and skills in Math and English;
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Knowledge and experience of phonics would be an advantage;
• Understanding of the need for tact and confidentiality when working with young children.

Requirement:

• Holding a "dependent visa" or an HK Permanent ID

Full-time position 28.5 hours weekly (with the occasional need for after-school preparation for specific events);
Position enjoys all school holidays
