APS Construction Systems (Int’l) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for specialist projects including interior / exterior decorative concrete, wall finishes, pool plaster finishes & renovation projects etc.

Requirements:

1. Min. 15 years (PM) / 10 years (APM) construction project management experiences.
2. Working independently.
3. Project management, tendering, estimate, cost control.
4. University graduated in structure engineering, civil or construction related degrees.
5. Well proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication.
6. Familiar with updated document submission process.
7. Independent problem solver, working under pressure, complete project on time.
8. Possess a driver license.
