Description
We are currently seeking the Promotion Team Leader to join us, reporting to Promotion Team Manager, the primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to):
1. Purpose of the Job
Be responsible for Promotion Team Management in each BU, Ensure the smooth cooperation and communication between SH HQ and BU负责事业部促销员团队管理，确保上海总部和事业部协调沟通

Internal：HQ Trade Marketing Team总部渠道营销团,BU Trade Marketing 区域渠道营销团队,Sales Team (Sales Director, Sales Managers, Sales Supervisors, Sales Reps)销售团队（销售总监、销售经理、销售主管、销售代表）、SPR Team促销员团队
External: Consumers(Bar owners, bar managers, bar tenders, etc) 客户（酒吧老板、酒吧经理、调酒师等）
3. Accountabilities 职责
SPR management/training促销员管理、培训;
Manage SPR allocation.管理促销员分配计划；
PG's salary budget control促销员工资费用控制。
Coordinate the collection of routine information协调常规信息收集；
Define and Track SPR KPI’s valueSPR考核指标定义以及跟踪；
Review monthly salary of the whole SPR and SPR assistant team. / 月度评估SPR团队工资Qualifications
4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required
Education:
Education Level: University Degree, Bachelor or Above大学本科及以上学历
Major/ Specialty: major in Business Administration and marketing or equivalent qualification工商管理、市场营销等相关专业优先
Experience:
At least 3 years Marketing/Sales experience in FMCG company, Experience of trade marketing is preferable 3年及以上快消行业市场/销售相关工作经验，有通路行销经验更佳
Language skills：Intermediate or above spoken and written English is preferable中级或以上的英语口语和书写能力优先
Computer skills：Basic knowledge in using office software具备办公软件基本知识
Core competencies:
Customer oriented and good business sense消费者导向，有较好的商业意识
Good communication and co-ordination skills 良好的沟通能力和协作能力Job
