 Job Responsibilities

•         Define our competitive positioning and keep on top of broader industry developments
•         Build a deep understanding of customers’ needs and develop a vision for the direction of the product
•         Be a product leader in the company, work with other senior leaders to help set company goals and strategy. 
•         Collaborate with engineers, product designers and dev-ops operations teams to define, scope, priorities and deliver features across our internal and customer facing products 
•         Collaborate across disciplines to set and deliver a clear, cohesive product strategy for your area, and balance it with room to source and test exciting new opportunities 
•         Lead and coach other Product Managers to run effective teams that ship stuff which customers really value
•         Set hypotheses, test riskiest assumptions and break down complex problems into small steps 
•         Reduce dependencies, remove blockers and co-ordinate with other product groups and stakeholders 
•         Contribute to product management practices: help us ship delightful products and be an exceptional place to work

 Job Requirements

•         Degree holder in Industrial or product design        
•         Minimum 10 years’ experience in production management
•         Knowledge of factory operations on the Chinese mainland
•         Self-driven manager to work independently and manage production technicians
•         Knowledge of product development lifecycle with an eye on detail
•         Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills
•         Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
•         Proficient in written Chinese and English, and fluent in Putonghua
