We are currently seeking the Sales Manager to join us, reporting to Sales Director, the primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited):
 
1.Purpose of the Job 工作目的
 
Through to the retail terminal service development and the implementation of marketing activities, development area and establish a good sales network in order to achieve good sales performance and business goals.
通过对零售终端的服务和开发,及市场活动的执行,建立并发展区域内良好的销售网络以达到良好的销售业绩和业务目标.

Key dimensions: (headcount, volumes, market share, NNS and EBITDA) 关键衡量标准(总人数,产量,市场份额,净销售额,息税折旧摊销前利润)

3.Accountabilities 职责
 
Manage sales team effectively.有效管理销售团队.
 
Assists in establishing sales targets and budgets.帮助建立销售目标和预算.
 
Communicates with the sales force on sales strategy/plans.
与销售人员沟通销售策略和计划.
 
Implements sales and marketing programs per plan.按计划执行销售和市场项目.
 
Establishes and maintains sales network.建立和维护销售网络.
 
Enforces wholesaler management and policy.加强经销商管理和政策.
 
Reviews sales reports and provides feedback according to specific situations.
回顾销售报告并对特别的情况提供反馈
 
Maintains good relationship with relevant government authorities.
和相关政府提供维持良好关系.
 
Responsible for coaching and development of junior staff.负责辅导和发展初级员工.

Experience 经验
5 yrs of beverage related sales experience, 2 yrs in same position
5年相关饮料行业销售经验,2年销售经理岗位经验.
 
Intermediate spoken and written English.中级英语口语和书写能力.
 
Basic knowledge in using office software.基本的办公软件运用能力.
 
Technical competencies (Job related)  专业能力(与工作相关)
 
Good execution ability and wholesaler management skills.
良好地执行力和经销商管理能力.
 
Analytical, especially on finance and sales analysis, good planning skills.
分析能力,尤其是财务和销售分析,良好地计划能力.
 
Good people management skills and able to lead the team.
良好地人员管理技巧,能带领团队.
 
Strong communication skills, good negotiating and interpersonal skills, influencing.
