Job Description & Responsibilities

• Review Non-Trade invoice & Staff Reimbursement
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports and financial analysis
• Liaise with various departments and external auditors
• Responsible for the consolidated financial statements and monthly management reporting
• Handle the financial analysis and forecast reports
• Assist in preparing year-end audit schedules
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Strong communications skills
• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance, preferable HKICPA,ACCA member or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experiences in MNC
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office applications and POS system
• Well versed in MS Excel and Word
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Detail-oriented, Independent, self-motivated & able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Positive attitude, proactive team player
• Immediately available is preferable
