Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Early Childhood Education
• Holder of Hong Kong Kindergarten Principal Certificate
• 5 years teaching experience in kindergarten plus at least 3 years solid experience in international kindergarten management position
• Independently manage operations of a school and oversee admissions, staff recruitment, faculty/administrative staff, and resource management
• Familiar with Hong Kong educational ordinances and procedure
• Good collaboration and leading skills in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
• Good capability of interpersonal communication
