Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external landscape consultants to produce suitable designs
• Organize and monitor drawings and plans for government submission including tree-felling, transplants, compensation, etc.
• Prepare and monitor tendering process as well as recommendation for award and contract administration
• Produce reports and conduct researches for management’s review
• Conduct site, nursery inspections and other assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Landscape Architecture with qualified professional
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with major developers / consultants
• On and off site experience in landscape construction, maintenance, tree transplant is a definite advantage
• Innovative, creative and possess strong design skill
• Good at hard landscape detailing
• Good free hand, PSD and CAD presentation skills
• Sound knowledge in planting and plant materials
• Written and verbal proficiency in English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Landscape Designer
