ABB Motors and Generators deliver a complete range of motors, generators and mechanical power transmission products for all industries and applications. We provide the highest quality and service to our customers all around the world, with a focus on helping to use energy more efficiently.

Your responsibilities

  • Selling products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identifying digital sales opportunities and promoting digital solutions to customers.
  • Completing daily customers management, complying with ABB sales policy and procedure.
  • Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • Must have a Bachelor or master’s degree; major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred).
  • Minimum 2 year’s sales experience in related industries. Motor technical support experience is preferred.
  • Must have English CET-4 or above.
  • Should be proficient in computer skill.
  • Must have bright personality and stability. Should be able to work under pressure, willingness to communicate with customers and can adapt to frequently travel.
