An exciting opportunity has arisen for International Sales Consultant to join the International Project Marketing (IPM) team of an ambitious and rapidly expanding real estate company based in Hong Kong with regional offices and headquartered in Singapore! The prospective candidate will be someone who thrives in a young, dynamic and energetic team environment.

The role will involve working on some weekends and will focus on overseas property through various marketing opportunities including exhibitions and seminars. You will be a highly motivated individual keen to earn good commission rates.

Role Responsibilities

• · To attend and participate in seminar/ exhibition sales
• · To assist in events and exhibitions setup
• · To secure pre-event appointments and attend to walk-ins during events/exhibitions 
• · To actively generate new leads and build customer relationships
• · To follow up on new enquiries allocated
• · Communicate effectively with management and the wider team in order to get feedback and better understanding of market knowledge and conditions
• · Proactively source new business and opportunities

Desirable / Essential Skills and Experience

• · Drive to close deals
• · A strong relationship builder who delivers excellent customer service skills
• · Have experience in a sales environment (not necessarily property related)
• · Well-travelled and have studied/stayed/visited the United Kingdom before
• · Has good people skills and likes customer interaction
• · Has an interest/passion for property
• · Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• · Highly enthusiastic with positive attitude
• · Self-motivated and proactive learner
• · Professional and confident
• · Must enjoy being part of a close knit team
