Responsibilities

1. Has overall responsibility for practice execution of service delivery following Bentley solution methodology and finance rules and policies.
2. Managing and updating project data and financial metrics related to service business, and ensuring overall standards for profits are satisfied.
3. Collaborating with solution Managers, technical lead, Sales in growing a profitable business, initial scoping of proposals, budget and developing strategies.
4. Managing and monitoring service projects to get successful delivery as planned.
5. Together with technical managers/lead, manage project scope, schedule and budget, resourcing aspects for any services-related projects
6. Ensuring regularly interaction and communication with Solution and Sales management on practice-related service issues.
7. Support Solution team on practice service standardizing, service strategy landing and objective achievement.
8. Regular service business analysis and collaborating with all related teams to get user and partner success.
9. Contributing to service-related processes improvement, practice knowledge sharing etc.

Formal Education & Certification Requirements

1. At least Bachelor degree or equivalent college diploma in a technical field
2. Certifications in project management, such as the PMI certification, preferred.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

1. 3-5 years or above work experience in project management capacity, with knowledge and Experience in Infrastructures, Engineering domain
2. Experience in project delivery to user, with fixed price and T&M projects

5. Roles and responsibilities
6. Preparation of execution plans
7. Estimates and resource loaded schedules
8. Progress and performance metrics
9. Reporting and action item tracking

11. Assessment of risks and risk management
12. High proficiency in MS office, excel etc. Proficiency in SharePoint, including workflow management, is a plus
13. Familiarity with project management software, such as Projector, MS Project etc.
