The candidate will act as both the internal technical support and serving enterprise clients by providing desktop support; installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, and software. We are looking for a passionate IT specialist who can perform the following skills:

• Hardware and software configuration –a great deal of knowledge about hardware and software configuration for servers, networks, computers, and peripherals
• Problem-solving skills – troubleshoot networks, computers, and devices who are excellent creative and technical problem-solvers
• Information security – familiar with information security practices and procedures to protect organization data from intrusion or corruption
• Communication skills – effective written and verbal communication skills are vital in this role, as the candidate will work directly with users and IT department personnel
• Time management –easily moves between duties and responsibilities to effectively prioritize and manage their own schedule
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / University Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues 
• Strong communication or language skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Able to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty - open to resolve challenges everyday
