Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a multi-channel e-commerce strategic roadmap across both direct and indirect (E-Retailers) channels with a key focus on driving leads and transaction leveraging search engines and social media channels such as Facebook, histogram, Wechat, Weibo Updates, primarily in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
  • Drive innovation & pilot expansion areas in on-line retail opportunities and digital marketing techniques and opportunities through big data analysis, business case building and fact-based analysis, and get support from management & country team.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, and Social teams to influence the creation of breakthrough digital content employed along every step of the consumer’s journey.
  • Work with in-country teams to ensure E-Commerce businesses are in line with brand’s positioning and objectives (including e-boutiques, e-retail and e-tail, mobile commerce, social commerce etc.) across, Merchandising, Assortment & Pricing, Communications, Operating Model, and End-to-End Customer Experience.
  • Work with in-country teams to drive sales, ensure profitability and growth of all on-line channels.
  • Oversee performance & optimization of all E-Commerce operations.
  • Work with in-country teams and APAC Media teams to optimize traffic using all levers (media, search, social, partnerships…) and ensure cross-channel synergies.
  • Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile…) and leverage data to deploy & adapt the strategy.
  • Work with in-country teams and APAC teams to: track digital marketing expenditures; monitor & report E-Commerce business performance and digital marketing across Asia Pacific; and, define, plan, lobby for & justify budget requirements of the region, and support in-country requirements.
  • Support regional & in-country selection & management of external agencies and technical partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or other related discipline.
  • 8 years social media, SEO, e-Commerce related working experiences with 3 years supervisory experiences.
  • Solid experiences in managing market across Web, SEO, SEM, Mobile, Social, Video, Community etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • Regional experiences for different Asia markets.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
