Job Description
Responsibilities: -
- Develop and implement of Global Indirect Material & Services procurement strategies and policies in support to the overall Global Procurement function
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers regarding contract and purchase orders for CAPEX procurement within budget, as well as ensure meeting the quality and project timeline
- Source and establish network with new and capable suppliers for indirect material & services
- Maintain Vendor Management with designated KPI under Company Policy & Procedure, ISO, HACCP, GMP and regulatory & standards
- Work closely with cross functional teams in achieving customers' requirements
- Analyze procurement needs and develop strategies for procurement and contracting
- Prepare information on purchase prices and conditions to enable proper budgeting, cash forecasting and forecast variance analysis as needed
- Drive supplier quality and responsible for sourcing audit to compliance with the company requirements
- Maintain the procurement reporting and system
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements: -
- Degree in Supply Chain, Food Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably experience in CAPEX Procurement, with at least 3 years in management position
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High standard of integrity
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical skills and negotiation skills
- Good team player, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility
- Experience with ERP system, SAP is preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good spoken in English and Chinese Language (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Willing to travel
