We are looking for a software engineer to help us:

• deliver state of the art solutions in Java technology full stack
• collaborate as a team with all business divisions in developing hypotheses / business cases and criteria for evaluating success
• play a key development role in a team that translates business concepts into technical delivery by planning and preparing Proofs-of-Concept (PoC), providing thought leadership, and advice on a broad scope of gamification and crowd sourcing use cases
• work with other members of the engineering team to develop prototypes that aim to validate the technical hypotheses of PoCs
• work with business analysts and business line counterparts to make clear recommendations to the project sponsors
• support the execution and analysis of concept projects through high-quality execution of validation stages, with technical evaluations that temper the excitement of technological advancement with a respect for risk mitigation
