Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming telephone calls
- General clerical duties, including data input, filing, etc
- Provide clerical support to the operations team
- Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested
Requirements
- F.5 or above, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Fluency in computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and Chinese word processing
- Some fire services relevant working experience is preferable
- Well-organized, able to meet tight deadlines, positive attitude and good sense of responsibility
- Immediately available is preferable
