JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE:  -

• 3+ years of experience in supporting COTS and Bespoke applications related to Pharma domain.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and solving software issues.
• Liaise with vendor and fix COTS application related issues.
• Experience in providing L2+ support and Change management (bug fixes, customization changes, enhancements)
• Have development exposure in Oracle PLSQL /Java/.Net/Javascript/HTML/ASP.Net and other technologies
• Analytical, Problem solving & Troubleshooting skills
• Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
• Good verbal & written communication skills.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

.NET, JAVA, Oracle PLSQL

DESIRED SKILLS:

Knowledge about working on Perkin Elmer ELN, BIOVIA ELN or Labware ELN Exposure to Admin activities in ELN Strong skills in understanding business requirements, analysis and implementation. Experience in full lifecycle of the application and critical workflows. ELN System Administration tasks like upgrades which include installation of the application and integrated application knowledge. Well familiar with the ELN basics and worked on Upgrade/Enhancements Early Science domain knowledge

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Any specific Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.

PREFERABLE INDUSTRY: Pharma
