Job Summary

ST&P is part of the IT organisation responsible for Conferencing, Collaboration and End Users Devices.

The Data & Insight Analyst is responsible for collation, management and presentation of all metrics and KPIs across our ST&P portfolio.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Customer engagement

• Tailor technical information in a simple to understand, customer facing way
• Work across ST&P to define KPIs for each area and build dashboards per requirements from each service areas
• Work with range of IT and business colleagues to understand key information requirements for implementation into relevant dashboards
• Utilize insights gathered to recommend courses of action and monitor deviations in service performance

Data analysis and visualization

• Data analytics and presentation background using relevant business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Excel and other advanced packages
• Experience with creating data sets
• Develop qualitative and quantitative metrics across service to communicate end user benefit behind data points
• Ensure data is collated, and reported on to agreed schedule
• Provide management reporting, summary and analysis for EUS Leadership

Candidate Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

• Service Delivery mindset and approach
• Demonstrable experience in relevant data modelling and visualisation package
• Strong communication skills with users
• Organised and strong administrative capabilities
• Strong experience of developing and managing relationships with customers and suppliers
• Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes
• Demonstrable technical background in systems support directly with customers
