Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide full range of administrative support to the team
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages, or transfer calls to staff
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
  • Schedule appointments and receive customers or visitors
  • Type, format or edit routine memos or other reports
  • Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
  • Prepare and process travel vouchers, billing, or other office documents
  • Obtain information, send correspondence, or perform data entry 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with at least 1 years relevant working experience
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to work independently with multi-task assignment, attention to details
  • Occasionally travel to China is required
