Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of administrative support to the team
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, or transfer calls to staff
- Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and receive customers or visitors
- Type, format or edit routine memos or other reports
- Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
- Prepare and process travel vouchers, billing, or other office documents
- Obtain information, send correspondence, or perform data entry
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with at least 1 years relevant working experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Able to work independently with multi-task assignment, attention to details
- Occasionally travel to China is required
