Responsibilities:

• Manage and plan strategies for the official website and online store
• Set up, manage, plan and organize sales and marketing campaigns on Taobao store
• Arrange for the order from online stores
• Instruct the logistics team for product delivery
• Manage and provide immediate customer service in Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, and Weibo, etc
• Arrange for product return and exchanges
• Create promotional materials on social media
• Participate in IP characters’ license projects
• Assist in events and exhibitions (Marketing perspective)
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines
• Familiar with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, Wechat, etc
• Familiar with Taobao will be an advantage
• Creative, detail-minded and responsible
• Able to work independently and to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with fewer experiences would be considered as Marketing Assistant
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
